I’m always trying to make lace happen. For a while now I felt rather lonely in pursuing that quest. Not anymore.

In this confusing world of 90’s fashion flashbacks, temporary velvet everything trends and inconsistent pant length to shoe style ratio, I needed something like this to give me the kind of inspiration I can actually work with. Not for right now, please! This California summer makes me itchy by just looking at long sleeves. But that black lace blazer shall be mine. 

The black and white, the pants flare, the lace details… it’s just too perfect to resist. Don’t even get me started on the florals. This is that time of the year where I buy a ton of lace for fall and winter DIYs that never see the light of day. Oh, Gods of lace, please be merciful!
